We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 IT Service Technician with excellent communication and customer service skills who will travel to client sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of IT equipment for corporate and residential clients.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid full ā€œGā€ license with the ability to procure a clean 3 year driving abstract
  • Ability to obtain a negative CPIC
  • Must be Fluent in English, Oral and Written
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • The ability to interact and communicate technical issues and solutions to end-users in a user-friendly language in a calm and respectful manner.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills
  • Independent self-motivated worker who works well with a team.
  • Professional appearance, with a positive and personal attitude
  • Ability to maintain 2-hour response times
  • Willingness to work outside of regular work hours if necessary and be in a rotational on-call schedule

Qualifications

  • A+ Certification
  • Network+, MCP or MCSA preferred
  • Extensive Active Directory and Azure
  • 3+ years of remote/onsite experience providing IT support to residential and corporate clients
  • Exposure to and knowledge of a broad range of IT hardware, networking equipment, and cabling 
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Able to lift up to 50lb, climb ladders, and be comfortable working at heights
  • Willingness to obtain Working at Heights and Mobile Elevated Platform Training
  • Extensive understanding with O365 in a Microsoft Exchange environment.
  • Ability to work as a team member in a dynamic environment
  • Document actions on work orders daily and prepare invoices for completed service calls, including timesheets
  • Ensure client documentation are kept up to date
  • Practical experience with Windows Operating system in a domain environment
  • Cabling and CCTV experience would be considered an asset
